    　　Raymond Herbert Wise (born August 20, 1947) is an American actor.[1] He is best known for his roles as Alec Holland in Swamp Thing (1982), Leon C. Nash in RoboCop (1987), Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks (1990–1991, 2017) and its prequel film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992), Jack Taggart Sr. in Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003), Don Hollenbeck in Good Night, and Good Luck (2005), Vice President Hal Gardner in 24 (2006), and The Devil in Reaper (2007–2009). He currently stars as Marvin on Fresh Off the Boat (2015–present).
